Lately I’ve been very partial to two releases from the duo of Robin Guthrie and Harold Budd — After The Night Falls and Before The Day Breaks. Very relaxing stuff, I’d highly recommend it for massage.
They also did the soundtrack to the film Mysterious Skin, it is very similar music but I don’t own it yet so I can’t comment on it.
My favourite Relaxation CD is Andrew Johnsons “Deep Relaxation” He is a Scottish therapist and his CD has been one of the best things I have ever bought. It helps me sleep most nights and has taught me that I can relax in most situations.
